
Campbellsville University Somerset hit the road to take on Bluefield State College. The Maroon and White battled through the first half going into the half trailing 40-47. The Tigers could not rally in the second half falling to Bluefield State, 83-95.
Keelan Kennedy led the Tiger starters with 12 points, five rebounds and two steals. From the bench, Alvin Thomas finished the game with 11 points, five assists, four rebounds and two steals.
Player of the game for the Maroon and White was Titus Ransom. Ransom came off the bench to lead the Tigers in scoring with 21 points including a perfect eight for eight at the free throw line and three for three from beyond the three point arch. He also had three rebounds and three steals.
CU Somerset returns to action on the road against Oakland City on December 8. Tip-off is set for 3:00 p.m.
